Alrighty then,

Just finished this quick build for a friend that served aboard a PBR in Vietnam.  Built oob, rattle can paint, assorted washes/pastel chalks for weathering. A very enjoyable build. All comments/criticism/threats/ are welcome, and encouraged.

Wow, after all the hype that surrounded this kit back when Tamiya first produced it, the kit seems to have disappeared. You seldom see it built. I'll wager that 90% of the PBR kits sold, languish on shelves today.

It is great to see it built! Yours has just the right air of daily use. Great Job!

That looks right on! Saw one of these years ago built into a muddy river diorama that was outstanding. That's a great looking kit, I may need one! You really did it justice, and I think your friend will be impressed. Builds with a personal connection are so satisfying. Well done.

Thanks. It's a fun/easy kit, and personal builds are very satisfying. My friend loves it.

Great job!  I like those, always wanted to build one.  I want a real one, too!

Thanks.  Sorry I missed your reply.
