Also noteworthy if you look closely the belts are slightly a different color, I have a new mix I run just for belts that makes them much more durable. Looks great. That mix for the belts, perfect.
Texas_3D_Customs Posted May 24, 2022 Posted May 24, 2022 So here it is done with properly printed carbs. 2
BDSchindler Posted June 11, 2022 Posted June 11, 2022 Well, the feedback/reviews on here were too good as were the pictures of your products, Charles. So...I pulled the plug on 2 engines and a transmission for future projects. Looking forward to getting them. 1

I hope they meet your expectations but I still think they are some of the best printed engines available and some of the more unique offerings.

Well...Rec'd my first order from Texas 3D Customs today and... well... this some of the BEST work I have seen in a while! Super fine detail...there is some minor flash but can be cleaned up easily First the Stock LS-1... Then the GM 6L8OE Transmission... and finally...the Shelby GT-350 5.2L Engine... Really nice work, many thanks! Looking forward to finishing these and using them in a future project. I WILL BE BACK!!! 2 1
Texas_3D_Customs Posted June 27, 2022 Posted June 27, 2022 So thanks to Scott's hard work I did a little touch up modeling and ended up with this. Should list it tomorrow. SBF 1
Texas_3D_Customs Posted October 26, 2022 Posted October 26, 2022 (edited) I have been busy adding some stuff, but here are a few of my newer things. Edited October 26, 2022 by Texas_3D_Customs 3
TarheelRick Posted October 26, 2022 Posted October 26, 2022 Let me add my kudos to Texas 3D. I ordered a set of the Baja fenders, they are superb. Thinner than kit styrene so look more realistic, really looking forward to getting my workbench back into order so I can do something with them. Will definitely be ordering some more stuff in the future.

mademan Posted October 27, 2022 Posted October 27, 2022 Ive noticed that the wheels/tires are not available in 1:12 scale. Id really like to order a set for my 12th scale 2010 Shelby. Also I just ordered a 12th scale Boss 302 twin turbo and cannot wait for it to get here; after seeing the quality of parts in this thread I am super excited.

So yeah that's an issue with time and cost. Rubber resin is really expensive, I could do 1:12 and 1:16 scale tires but price wise I am not sure how feasible it would be, and another caveat would be I wouldn't do drag radials at that size. People complain about $30 a set for 1:24 drag wheels, 1:12 is 8 times the volume of 1:24 so there's that.

Thanks for the reply.
Mike C. Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 If this Baja bug project takes off, how about some supped up VW engines to go along with the kits?
