New Little Deuce Coupe Box Art

You are familiar with the acronyms AMT, MPC, IMC and SMP. Now there is another set of letters to learn – SPAM - standing for Scale Plastic Automotive Models. Today - April 1, 2022, SPAM is releasing photos of the mock up of the box art for The Little Deuce Coupe which includes images of models of the Silver Sapphire 3-Window Coupe that was on the cover of the Beach Boys record album Little Deuce Coupe and a 5-Window Coupe that represents the lyrics in Beach Boys song Little Deuce Coupe.

SPAM is the sponsor of the Model Car Show – Deuce Days in Scale in conjunction with the largest gathering of 1932 Fords at Northwest Deuce Days in Victoria BC Canada July 17, 2022.

Thanks for your replies. It is always fun trying to come up with an April Fools post. I think this is the fourth year I have posted an April Fools model and I already have a plan for next year.

To answer Peter - the blue model started with a Hendrix resin body and grill shell and the rest was robbed from numerous kits.
