Prescott is a city in Wisconsin.

Wisconsin I believe, is know for its cheese.

Cheese is a dairy  product that is great on  ham sandwiches, but it's not Kosher.

Kosher food can be quite tasty.

Tasty stuff is pretty much banned by my Doctor.

Doctor  said my rash is contagious.

contagious rash means I have to wait on getting a colonoscopy

Colonoscopy literally saved my life.
