Showgirl-collecting always seemed to have more appeal than model cars, but it's difficult to build up much of a stash for several reasons, and they really don't keep well over the long haul.

"haul" may be a load, like the additions to your stash purchased at your most recent attendance at a model car show or the act of transporting that load as in "I found a bunch of my Holy Grail kits at the show and bought them, now I have to figure out how to haul them all home."
