A modeler named mike Posted February 16 Posted February 16 "Eat more chicken" says the Chick-fil-A mascot who happens to be a cow. 2 2
LennyB Posted February 16 Posted February 16 (edited) Cow is only looking out for herself but doesn't know the McDonalds next door just opened for business. Edited February 16 by LennyB 4
A modeler named mike Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Business as usual at Ronald Mcdonald's 5 star fast food restaurant, serving top quality food that even the Burger King would enjoy if he wasn't so busy smiling at ever patron that comes through the door, freaky. 2
LennyB Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Freaky, but those five stars they have came out of a box of Lucky Charms. 4
LennyB Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Curiosity I found at the junk store I immediately took to the antiques road show where I was told it was an 18th century top pocket find that Gary would wet himself over but wasn’t worth two bits. 2
Ace-Garageguy Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Bits and pieces of many kits or junkyard cars can sometimes be combined into much more than the sum of the parts. 3
LennyB Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Parts were flying everywhere this afternoon when my dog finished off his green monster in a flurry of fur and squeakers. 1 2
Little Timmy Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Squeakers, cluckers , oinkers, barkers, meow-meowers and na-na-ers surround me on my 15 acre farm , and boy does it get noisy at feeding time. 3
Ace-Garageguy Posted February 16 Posted February 16 (edited) Time is important, and squeakers on your brake pads shouldn't be ignored until the grinding noises start, but I still see metal-on-metal all the time...and then the owners get mad because the cost of new rotors and sometimes even calipers is a "ripoff". Edited February 16 by Ace-Garageguy 3
LennyB Posted February 16 Posted February 16 Rip-off is what everybody is yelling about the price of eggs but nobody seems to feel for the poor chickens that are dying thanks to the bird flu. 1 1
JollySipper Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Flu symptoms is what I evidently avoided by taking an Alka Seltzer after being in the ER a few weeks back............ (I won't leave you with 'ago'...........) 1 1
LennyB Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Back of the fridge there are things starting to grow, but this is not a science lab. 1 3
Ace-Garageguy Posted February 17 Posted February 17 (edited) Lab-coated beauties doing science appear more in fiction than reality. Edited February 17 by Ace-Garageguy 2
Tim W. SoCal Posted February 17 Posted February 17 reality is where I live, work and play, utopia is where I dream 1
A modeler named mike Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Dream of a day where every model kit ever made was once again available and plentiful, only to turn nightmarish when I look down at what used to be my hands, but now are hideous claws.
LennyB Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Claws remind me I have to trim the dogs nails again as I can hear them clicking on the floor.
Ace-Garageguy Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Floor joists are never really appreciated until they fail. 2
LennyB Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Fail to get up in time tomorrow to get the bus and you are walking to school. 1
A modeler named mike Posted February 17 Posted February 17 (edited) School of tuna can't be to smart if they end up in a tin can at the grocery store. Edited February 17 by A modeler named mike 2
Ace-Garageguy Posted February 17 Posted February 17 (edited) Store resin models carefully, as any pressure on the bodies over time can make them warp worse than any acetate promo you've ever seen...and you can't fix them Edited February 17 by Ace-Garageguy 1
LennyB Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Them was a rock band that knew how to spell as they proved with the song "Gloria" 2 1
Tim W. SoCal Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Gloria, G-L-O-R-I-A, was covered and was a hit for quite a few rock 'n roll artists including Patti Smith and The Doors 1
Ace-Garageguy Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Doors to parallel universes may be what we access through sleeping dreams. 2
LennyB Posted February 17 Posted February 17 Dreams often take me to another life somewhere else in this thing we call a universe. 1
