Joke NOT, I say to you all, rib meat and bones on the smoker along with chicken and various sausages done low and slow over my locally famous mixture of hard woods, the phenomenal aroma of what I am cooking is driving all my neighbors DELIRIOUS!!!!

Without a doubt, for a smoker hardwoods will give a much better flavour than poplar.
