I have bought several of these sets and can only offer high phrase for them. The downside is the cost.

Sure. now that you can't get them anymore and you have to go to eBay. Not if they re-issue them.

The local Hobby Shop I go to has a few on the wall for sale. They usually carry some, but at $14 + you have to consider a kit with the wheels and tires you're after and you get all the other bonus parts. Maybe that the Hobby Shop doesn't have enough markup on these to make it worth their while to stock them.

Some of the tires offered in today's kits are just plane fuguly. These are very nice looking and as we all know wheels and tires can make or break a model.

I for one, would gladly pay the $14 for two sets of very attractive tires.

I think that contact link is more of a comment type of thing. Maybe I'm wrong. Anyway, I'm really not expecting any kind of response. If I get a thanks for your suggestion type of thing, I'd be surprised.
