Fine work Dan, as always!  I have a 09 I would like to finish. We are almost or as hot   ? as you are.  Not a fun summer here since June..

Thanks Carl , we’re missing the rain and it’s hard to keep the grass green.

Looks great so far! I like your dash and console details.

Thanks Doyle,. The kit comes with decals for the dash so it makes it easier.

Hey, Dan! I built this one about two years ago. Its a nice kit but I was a little disappointed with the position of the rear wheels.  I should have (and may still) shorten the driveshaft and front of the springs to move the rear wheels forward.  I think I also forgot to thin down the wheel opening flares. Here's a photo so you can see the rear wheel position. Good luck with your build! ?

Nice build, DON'T do nothing to try and correct what you call a problem..Its alsmose unnoticeable..Leave things the way they are..If you do another then correct the mistake..

looks great. I really like the color combo.

Thanks Ken , surprisingly this is the first time that I’ve used this color combination. I’m sure I’m going to have more in the future seeing that I still have a little more than half a bottle of Plum Crazy paint left.

Thanks Wayne I’m going to check it out before I decide if I’m going to move the axle.

Great looking interior detailing and the color really makes the body color pop.

Thanks Dave

I’ve started buffing out the clear coat and worked on the wheels and tires. Plus I’ve started on the engine and did a mock up test. I’ve also moved the rear axle about 1 scale inch forward.
Thanks for all your comments and support.

You're doing a good job on this one so far Dan. I've been off of the forum for a bit due to work as well as home related issues but I'm making my way back. Sorry I hadn't seen this one sooner.

Thanks Joe. I noticed that you were away and I figured you were busy.

I sprayed the black paint on the front hood area and looks like the humidity was to high when I sprayed so I will have to respray the hood and rear spoiler.

You paint and finish work are to be envied. I really like what I'm seeing here. I didn't say it earlier but you did a bang up job on that dash as well.

Thanks Joe.
