Yes, the concept I am trying to achieve is that as many parts from the kit as possible will still be used, everything but the body and bumper. So the glass headlights turn markers interior... Will still be used.
Mike C.
Sweet. I'll be defiantly ordering 1 or 2.

But if I do it it's based on this. I'd have one
Texas_3D_Customs
So after pulling my kit out and yes its the California Wheels version, its going to be a little bit more involved, there will need to be some chassis trimming as the chassis rests on the bottom of the side rockers. but still doable. Mike C.
Please consider the tubular bumpers and nerf bars.

Calb56
Maybe the side bars?

TarheelRick
I would like to have one also. But what would be great is to just print the pieces as the original kit, then cut the kit body just as the original modification was done. Spex84
I'd like to know more about this 3D scanner. That sounds awesome.
Fat Brian
I'm down for one, though I prefer the bug-eye version. It would be great to also have a set of wide 5 wheels.
Mike C.
Oh yeah! Those wheels would be perfect. I believe Jackman made ones like those way way back.

Put an item on it, displays a structured light pattern the rotates object. Repeat a whole bunch of times reorient object repeat a bunch more times. You end up with a 3D model of the object. What is everyone else's thoughts on this?

Fat Brian
It doesn't matter to me whether it's a whole body or panels, especially if it means getting both front end styles.
Oldmopars
I would love one of these. I already have a file I made for the wheels shown. I made them for the Revell Bronco dune buggy.

I didn't really have a burning desire for a 3D scanner until now, but between this thread and the insta post I just saw from BlackBox....hmmmm!
