1964 Ford Fairlane Thunderbolt Street Machine

Last one for 2022! The decals in the kit disintegrated on me so I made my own design out of decals on hand in the stash. Paint is Dupli-Color Super Red with a black and red interior. I added a white decal in the side stainless strip but they are only in the first two photos. Unfortunately, I also cracked the windshield during construction. Since I am gonna leave the wheels without hubcaps I have decided to detail the wheels a bit but that is the only thing undone. Have a Happy New Year everyone and thanks for looking!

Great looking build and I like the steel wheels. Like the flame paint job. These 1:1 cars have always been interesting ever since I saw their debut at the Winter National at Pomona when they first came out.
