M W Elky
This is a box stock mpc mustang funny car . The paint is a long discontinued testors muscle car color .Since it’s been 13 years ago I can’t remember the exact color name other than it’s a ford color. The decals are by slixx. As always thanks for looking 👀, Mike

Brandon17
Awesome build! Love all your builds with all the old magazines behind them. That stuff is so cool!
Bainford
Very cool! One of my personal favourite funnies, have wanted to build one since I was a kid. I have the decals around here somewhere. They seem to fit the MPC Mustang quite well. Nice work there. Looks just right.

I only had to trim a little bit off at the top of the rear wheel wells. If memory serves me correctly the body color was testors grabber orange lacquer which was a 1969 ford color
dragcarz
That’s beautiful Michael, I have tried and failed to build her car more times than I care to think about. d

I believe what I used is a long discontinued testors color called grabber orange a 1969 ford color. At the time I built this 13 or so years ago testors had a great line of factory colors like Hundoas maroon and Nausea blue just to name a few all were lacquers. Unfortunately the Testors company met a very sad demise of corporate greed. You might be able to get the color from Mcw . Although it’s not as convenient as going to your local hobby lobby. Good luck with your build, Mike
