Kevin Lutz at Missing Link resin has had these for sale in the past. Hit him up and see if he plans to produce a batch sometime soon? I could go for a set or two myself.
Dys Posted October 9, 2023 Posted October 9, 2023 @ Jangus - Thank you for the info. I've reached out, hopefully he can make some sets in the near future.
Dys Posted October 9, 2023 Posted October 9, 2023 Well, Kevin replied that the molds have given up the ghost, so I'd love to see these brought back. I'm sure the Mustang II kits will be reissued in the future. So there could be a case to make the investment.
lucky 130 Posted October 10, 2023 Posted October 10, 2023 I would like someone would do a 60's era formula Vee, as designed by Ed Zink. this was and still is a division of racing that many great racers came through. Should not be too hard to do, as there are many pic's of chassis to complete cars. These are small cars and would take little product to make. Anyone interested?

Fabrux Posted December 21, 2023 Posted December 21, 2023 Scale Auto Model Works has the valve covers. https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/1-24-scale-mopar-small-block-la-street-heat-upgrade-file-pack 1
Richard Bartrop Posted December 22, 2023 Posted December 22, 2023 A set of Lyon hubcaps for the vintage custom/hot rod crowd would be nice, sized to fit the Revell '40 and '48 Fords, or even the big & little tires Revell uses on their hot rod kits. 1
ChrisBcritter Posted December 23, 2023 Posted December 23, 2023 Add to my request: A correctly-shaped '46 Chevy grille for the Galaxie Unlimited kits. To demonstrate why: Makes a nice custom piece too. 3

Calb56 Posted January 2, 2024 Author Posted January 2, 2024 (edited) Saw this is coming soon from VCG Resins by Reese. Too cool...now maybe with frog intake? Edited January 2, 2024 by Calb56 2
Iraceitall Posted February 24, 2024 Posted February 24, 2024 This body. I'm not skilled enough to modify a Salvinos Lemans, and I need it in 1/24 to fit the Monogram Chassis, I don't think the 1/25 version out there will work for me.
Calb56 Posted June 6 Author Posted June 6 Flathead adapter for Muncie manual. It used to be available on Shapeways. I can't even find a file for it.
LDO Posted June 9 Posted June 9 A GMC inline six with Wayne cross flow head in multiple scales. Such a cool vintage hot rod engine. 3

Those can be used in anything from the '29 Roadster, through '61 Impala, all the way to any slammed truck. Also Kugel IFS for fenderless Street Rods. No such suspension has ever been made in 1/25 or 1/24 scale. EVER! The IFS in the AMT "Phantom Vicky" is definitely NOT it, as it is more of a full fendered design based on Corvette? The IFS in the John Buttera's T Touring is the closest, but it is very poorly engineered and long outdated. I understand the debate about investing the time in making such parts and then the people asking for them buying none. In this case I have no problem preordering these parts and paying for multiple sets upfront, while they are being developed. This is on my wants list as well. I may just have to model it up in CAD and print it myself

iamsuperdan Posted August 25 Posted August 25 So at some point in the past, a few people have been asking for a Ford toploader transmission. And there's now one available to download and print. https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/various/ford-toploader-4-speed-gearbox Designed of course to work with the Ford V8 engines he's also designed. I've bought many engines and transmissions from this designer, and the quality is seocnd to none. 1
ChrisBcritter Posted August 28 Posted August 28 I'd like to see a 3D printed re-creation of the old Buddy L Texaco station.

sidcharles Posted Saturday at 05:12 PM Posted Saturday at 05:12 PM i'm missing this in all photos. i thought a top loader was like the top/ left picture here. http://www.vanpeltsales.com/VPPSweb/VPPS-homepg.htm somebody set me straight; thanks.
Rodent Posted Saturday at 05:28 PM Posted Saturday at 05:28 PM It's the most common 4-speed that Ford used in the 1960s-70s. 1

Right perhaps I will do a Flathead Muncie using my Flathead and Muncie mashed up. I could also use my Toploader from the FE or Windsor Edited 9 hours ago by Texas_3D_Customs 1
