What are these? I don't have the instructions, and can't find these online.

Looks like a set of rudimentary hood hinges.

Mounting brackets for an under-dash car heater?? My first thought was hinges also, but they seem pretty lacking in detail for a 1/12 scale model.? Is there a pin on the backside?

They do have pins on the back side. I thought of hood hinges, but I don't see how they would work, they would run the hood into the cowl before it came up.

I agree withJames. They’re made for constantly open hood display.
