Current grail for me is the Buddy L Texaco station; just recently got two of the gas pumps so that's a start.

I'm surprised it hasn't been replicated in resin or 3D yet.

I had one of the metal Sears Allstate service stations. It was one of my favorite toys.

Certainly my (unbuilt) Fisher resin kits:

1967 Chaparral 2 F

1970 Porsche 917 LH "Psychedélique" (Hippie car)

1971 Porsche 917/20 "Pink Pig"

1969 Ferrari 312 P Spyder

1970 Ferrari 512 S Coda Lunga

1971 Ferrari 512 M Penske Sunoco

these won't come back again as Paul has lost everything in the fire (I was lucky to find the 312 P Spyder a few weeks ago)

Likewise:

1966 Chaparral 2E

1969 Ferrari 312P coupe

1970/71 Porsche 917 LH (three-Hippy, Martini, & Gulf)

1971 Ferrari 512M

1955 Jaguar D-type long nose (actually Dragon Model)

1968 Mclaren 6B Penske

And when I think of the times I had the Cunningham C5R and the Chaparral 2F in the cart and didn't pull the trigger.....

Here's a few of mine,

IMG-20240101-134832.jpg

Every part is still on the sprues! A couple of bits are only just hanging on, so the next time I open the box I might find parts adrift.

IMG-20240101-134537.jpg

I really like the early Monogram kits.

This early dealer display is probably my favorite of the lot...

There's mint unbuilt kits in the boxes. The built models are reissues or rebuilds.

Johan kits are rare over here in the UK, sometimes I get lucky...

I forgot my Teapot Graphics/John F. Johnson 1962 Ferrari SP resin kit (got this in 1993)

and a very old (ca. 1966) FROG kit of a Lola T70 Spyder (was a half-built gluebomb snatched on ebay) which seems to be a kit made out of a slotracer = very crude:

Lesson for everyone, when you see something you want, GET IT!  It was sad news to find out the man who produces Fischer resin models lost everything in the Paradise CA wildfire, I hope he has recovered.

That was actually the second time he was burned out and lost everything.

Over the years when he was producing, I picked up a number of his car kits.

Dragon Model works

image.jpeg.38253a0198d656dfd250007d07ebd129.jpeg

1969 Ferrari 312P

image.jpeg.1759585b8fe9f47bd364691241fed50a.jpeg

1969 Ferrari 312 P Spider

Fisher Models

image.jpeg.4018f433d17e99e4c5bb14e57c9fca4d.jpeg

1979 Le Mans F 512 S "Longtail Yellow 12" "Coda Lunga"

image.jpeg.4a7a0954684cca25b6f7724be324ec63.jpeg

And my favorite: 1971 Sunoco Ferrari 512 M, I'm splicing some parts from a Testers Ferrari 512S for a full detailed kit.

In all the moves I managed to lose the clear parts for the 512 M, and the parts with the air box.  The Coda Lunga has identical clear parts and I can vacform a replacement.

From emails I've traded with Paul I think he's trying to resurrect the line with the help of 3D Scanning.  He lost everything in the Camp fire.
