ea0863
Awesome job Michelle! Of course that hood is absolutely fantastic, and I've never seen it done on a Vega before. Coming from that era myself, I worked on a number of these with small block V8's right from the factory. Good luck changing the spark plugs! The Cosworth Vega of that time was way cool too... satterwhite78
Cool looking with a brutish street appeal! The Vega was a cheap car, either you love it or hated it and like the Pinto they were eveywhere. Economical, great on gas, rode on 13" tires to which there was a never ending supply of, any and every parking lot had a hand full in the mix. Rarely did you see a clean well kept version. The interior slowly deterioted into a abandon living space. The 4 cylinder engines took a beating but so did your wallet when you had to buy oil to replace either what leaked out or smoked out the tailpipe. You never really changed oil, you just constantly added oil to a thirsty aluminum engine cylinder. Great for a first car, cheap transportion or if you wanted to break the 0 to 60 mph in two days mark.
Slotto
Love that big toothy grin the Vegas had. Nice build
