Some how I completely missed this thread, I am thoroughly impressed, but I see that I left a little support material on one of those tires, I try to get them all off, but its pretty easyish to remove. I also see you didn't use the throttle bar connecting the two carbs, may I ask why?

I forgot to add the throttle bar to be honest

well looking at the engine, you couldn't have used it as the carbs are on backwards, the throttle bar would be embedded in the fan shroud. I may go and modify that and make it where it can only go on the right way. Something like a shaped peg like a triangle that only works one way. That is not my design so its a little harder to accomplish, but not impossible. I also have always planned on making my own VW air cooled engine that is more accurate but keep getting stuck on doing other things that expand my offerings not replace things I already have.

Very nice, like the weathering. Nice to see the excellent Texas 3D conversion parts on an actual build, it's an inspiration to get mine started. I like the model a lot.
