Great looking paint finish and color, not usually seen on a Corvette. Goes well with the white interior.

Thank you David. It's a Revell Snaptite kit. The purple is the color of the plastic with a coat of Pledge Revive It. I did the same with the 1957 Belair. And I'm working on the Hot Wheels Camaro from Ollie's which is a blue metallic plastic and we'll see how that looks soon.

Any thought of detailing the foe vents on the hood?

I'm not that good of a builder. I saw them. I tried in on a model before with a very diluted black acrylic and it ended up leaving a shadow where I wiped it off. If you look closely you'll see what I mean. Much more noticeable in real life.

Very nice, snap kits are really nice these days, some are quite detailed. I like the wheel change, gives it a totally different look.

The wheels are on the 1957 Bel air I posted. I think they both fit the car better.

I've built both these snap kits, great slump busters. Now you've got me thinking about a wheel swap since I have two more in the stash. I agree your wheel swap made both cars looks much better.

Wow, looks awesome with those wheels and colour combo. Your 57 also looks great with that killer stance. Well done on both David.

Cheers,

David. ??
