Looks like you need a set from this kit,,

Or maybe a set of Pegasus Magnums would be close enough for you. Easier to find and they come in 19" and 23" sizes.

I have the wheels that are shown above in the Nova kit if your interested.

The GMC Plowtruck also carry wheels similar to the ones on the Muscle truck.
