DanL Posted March 5 Share Posted March 5 I bought this kit for parts to use on other models, so when it came time to build it I had to fabricate the rear end, axle, wheels and exhaust... It turned out a little crude but not too bad for a middle of winter build. A friend of mine owned one much like this back in the day. It was also my first attempt at bare metal foil. Didn't go too well and I used too much pressure when trimming the edges. Took me about 2 hours to do the bare metal foil and with the Molotow pen it takes about 5 minutes. I'll try the foil again on my next project and see how it goes.
