Zippi Posted April 2, 2024 Posted April 2, 2024 Just finished this one up this morning. Paint is Tamiya X-10 Gun Metal acrylic and cleared with X-22 clear. The chassis was painted with Krylon Tangerine Orange. Chassis, wheels & tire are from the AMT Silverado Monster truck kit. Engine is from the scrap yard. The body is from the Revell 1937 Ford Pickup. The chassis was heavily modified and shortened to get the wheel base to fit under the 37 Body. WIP: https://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/188034-1937-ford-pickup-monster-truck/ 3

When I use to have my 1:1 37 pickup street rod I'd open the DS hood panel at all the car shows so that's where I got the idea. I appreciate ya tagging along for the build.

It must have been in the back of my mind.
