Whenever possible, I like to create my own: door panels, console, even seats sometimes. The OEM dash is usually the only part I keep from a kit, mostly for a good fit with the curvature of the lower windshield. In this case, the dash was a bares bones NASCAR part, so... Late Mustang got the call!

Ah Claude , you did it again , a perfect match of form and function. Flawless execution as always. And I too, share your interest in 66-72 period .IMO the best of detroit ,design wise but as a 60+ years old, I  am hopelessly biased.
