The MPC long step '72 upgraded to C 20 3/4 ton. Used period dark bronze metallic color with tu tone white roof. Replaced rear fenders with AMT GMC stepside fenders, which, IMO, look more accurate.

That looks amazing! A very accurate period correct build. I really love the interior, it's hard to get that to look decent, with its shallow detail.

The bed was from the mpc kit, minus the fenders. As Doyle mention, the build has the "farm" or "ranch" look, not the custom "street" look that was so often used on box art.

Quite accurate. My brother had one around 1985. It was parked in front of his apartment and a drunk ran into it in the wee hours....
