vamach1 Posted June 25, 2024 Posted June 25, 2024 (edited) Here’s another Mustang build (shocker I know). The Florida humidity was not very cooperative with painting but I pushed ahead as I have a good supply of these kits and I wanted to finish something before I pack up all my kits, paints and tools and head west to Arizona. I used a few parts from the MCG photoetch sheet (grille, snakes and gas cap) and one of the kits I has had such bad chrome I stopped it and painted the bumpers black. The only extra plastic part used was some emissions tubing from another kit for the 428 engine. I thought the MCG wheel center caps were really nice but since I went with mag wheels I used them on a 1/16 Nichimo GT500 kit I built many years ago. Thanks for looking. XYHARRY Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Nice Shelby there Rex, looks good with the red stripes. Cheers, David. ??
ncbuckeye67 Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 That's really cool! I love the blacked-out engine chrome!
happy grumpy Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Great looking Mustang. As for humidity, you won't have to worry about it in Arizona ! ? 1
