Falcon Ranchero Posted July 27, 2024 Posted July 27, 2024 Here it is, finally completed. Took a little less than a week, but it's here. Little issue with the suspension; I went with the lowered stance on the front, but it turns out it hits the ground before the wheels do, but it still looks cool. The most exotic colour I've put on any of my models, not only because it's pink, but because that was my first can of Tamiya paint. 5
oldscool Posted July 28, 2024 Posted July 28, 2024 That is just outstanding! I agree with the colors being right for the era. 1
espo Posted July 28, 2024 Posted July 28, 2024 Bright color combination looks very mid '50's as Ford offered this combination in 1955 and 1956. The break between the colors is nice and crisply done. The interior color goes well with the body colors. Like the stance. 1
Musclecarbuilder Posted July 29, 2024 Posted July 29, 2024 By far the coolest paint scheme on a Studebaker I've ever seen. Great Job! 1
XYHARRY Posted August 2, 2024 Posted August 2, 2024 Very cool Studebaker there Nathan, that colour combo and layout works really well together. Well done. Cheers, David. ?? 1
Jim N Posted August 2, 2024 Posted August 2, 2024 Great looking model. The paint is outstanding and goes really well with the interior. In real life, the white interior would have been a real pain. My dad had a car with a white interior. He tried keeping it clean when the car was new but gave up after a few years. 1
