Thank you! I made the decals using clear ink jet paper and the Free Form app on my iMac. You can find quite a few tutorials on decal making . I use an inexpensive Canon printer and decal paper that I bought on line.

Sorry, I can't tell you where those wheels originated. I literally have hundreds of wheels and tires. You tend to accumulate a lot of parts when you've been building for over 60 years!
