BIGTRUCK Posted November 26, 2024 Posted November 26, 2024 I guess 3rd paint job was the charm.1st redo was my doing not liking the light yellow. The darker yellow was a better choice in my opinion. The roof had a twist at the front so after rebuilding that and making it more of a cap fit I started the 3rd painting. Thanks to Joe Phillips and DJ Moore from this forum for speed parts ,decals and Coke items. Now it sits with the UPS showrod I converted from another MPC PaddyWagon builder. 7
ncbuckeye67 Posted November 26, 2024 Posted November 26, 2024 That's a pretty sweet duo there! A buddy of mine gave me a Paddy Wagon rebuilder. I found some parts in my junkyard, including an almost complete "chrome" tree, and decal sheet! Not sure what I may do with it all, though.
espo Posted November 26, 2024 Posted November 26, 2024 Great looking pair. I like the two different liveries, and the Coke machine colors match well.
spencer1984 Posted December 4, 2024 Posted December 4, 2024 Those look great in the custom liveries, nicely done!
TonyK Posted December 6, 2024 Posted December 6, 2024 I really like your Coca-Cola model. Also like the cooler. Brings back memories of sticking my arm into that COLD to grab a bottle.
TECHMAN Posted December 7, 2024 Posted December 7, 2024 WOW!!!! That turned out great!!!! And knowing that it was a "complete rebuild" instantly tells how much work went into it. 👍👍 DJ
Zippi Posted December 8, 2024 Posted December 8, 2024 Just a couple Great looking builds there Ken. Were those style Coke machines the ones where you would slide the bottle along a rail to where you could pull it out?

I do remember those where you had to slide the bottle out. I looked it up on line and the machine was called a "Slider 50". Edited December 8, 2024 by BIGTRUCK
