Another nice build Bob! I really like that dark mica blue, I think I might have a can of that somewhere 🤔

Yup, that Dark Mica Blue turned out really well on this build.  May have to use it again somewhere down the line.  Thanks Steve.

G’day Bob, that is a beautiful looking Olds there. Nice glassy finish on the paint. Lots to like about it. 👍🏻 One question though, the drum apparatus fixed to the right hand side of the roof, one poster referred to it as a swamp cooler, what is it and how does it work? Im unfamiliar with them. Cheers, Stuart. 👍🏻

Much obliged Stuart.  Yup, that's a swamp cooler.  I call it the poor mans AC.  Here's how it works.

A swamp cooler is usually hung on the front passenger window and contains cold water and balsa wood shavings in a wire cage. Hot air enters the cooler through a large opening in the front, evaporating the water and producing cooler air that is then blown into the car.

Very cool!  The visor and swamp cooler are a nice touch.

Thanks man.  I think it added to the appearance.
