TarheelRick Posted February 20 Posted February 20 From a Grade B movie, and that is being nice, second feature at the Drive-in (remember those). Movie was titled "Hot Rods from Hell". The main bad guy, leader of the hot rod gang drove a '60 Vette with missing front bumper and straight axle. I've only seen it twice, once at a Drive-In in the early 70's and again on an obscure cable channel around 2005. Was filmed in B&W and totally cheesy plot line. Gang harasses a family traveling through the Nevada desert, one pre-teen son and of course an attractive late teens daughter. Law was more interested with Betty at the diner, so Dad had to take matters into his own hands. There were some other pretty cool cars, but the leader had to have the coolest.

Big John Posted February 20 Posted February 20 Not exactly my #1 (that is already stated) but I am sure this one is the fave of many others... John Milner's 32 from American Graffiti. 3
Little Timmy Posted February 21 Posted February 21 I can't find a web page that will let me share pictures, but I thought the cars from the original Death Race 2000 were pretty cool.
JollySipper Posted February 21 Posted February 21 I'm surprised nobody has mentioned this car........... 1

By the way, I highly recommend this book. Great stories in it. Edited February 21 by ChrisBcritter

Falcon Ranchero Posted February 21 Posted February 21 Have to admit I liked this more than the Mustang 1
Falcon Ranchero Posted February 21 Posted February 21 P.S. You guys know you can go to IMCDB (internet movie cars database) search up the movie or tv show and get good quality car pictures from there, right? 1

geras24 Posted February 21 Posted February 21 I can't choose just one favorite car from a movie because there are so many great cars. Some of my choices are: The Skyline from Fast Five. Almost any Charger. The one from Bullitt. The General Lee from The Dukes of Hazzard. The Chargers from the Fast and Furious saga. And last but not least, the Chevy Van from The A-Team. 1
