Modlbldr Posted April 28 Posted April 28 I've been working on this one for the last month. Converted the woody wagon to a panel. Airbrush painted it a pearl yellow nail polish. Clear is also nail polish. Wood is Krylon Matte Coffee Bean with the kit decals. The interior is done with the exception of the seats. I used the Caddy Sombreros from the 49 Mercury Sedan. Just installed the glass. Hoping to get this done by the end of next week. Later- 9 1
stavanzer Posted April 28 Posted April 28 Looks Great in those Colours! I'd never imagined this kit as an SD. Great Conversion. 1
espo Posted April 28 Posted April 28 Like the color and finish. The sedan delivery conversion looks great. 1
Modlbldr Posted April 30 Author Posted April 30 Got the interior finished today and made the frenched headlights by using aluminum tubing and the lenses. Getting closer. Work on the engine next. Later- 3 2
BK9300 Posted April 30 Posted April 30 Your leather seats look amazing - that must have taken quite a process, to come out that realistic! Looks just the old chair that the owner of a small pool hall back home used to sit in. 1

Very simple, but effective. Later- 5
bobss396 Posted May 1 Posted May 1 Very clean work! I tend to avoid yellows, even in industry, it is a tricky color. 1
