This would be an easy one I thought, most of you good the year and manufacturer right in the first place but thr type wasn't that easy.

This car is a 1952 Pontiac Chieftain Catalina. The Catalina was the more luxurious version of the Chieftain. It was offered as a hardtop coupe (like in the picture).

While I didn't bother looking for the specific model, the "silver streaks" (or old man's suspenders) told me it was a Pontiac. It is a good looking car.
