Beautiful looking finishes and like the subject. The body trim and painted stripes along with the vinyl roof look like the 1:1.

Thanks David !

Absolutely beautiful.  You nailed this one.  I wonder if the Revell 77 Monte Carlo would be a good substitute (if you can find one) kit donor for the interior?

Thanks !  I have the Monte Carlo kit and the 3D printed interior looks much nicer.

Outstanding!  Great to see that it is finally becoming easier to build factory stock third generation Chevelles now with 3D printing.  Quite impressed with the accuracy, since you said you did no major changes.

Also appreciate your attention to detail on this, including all the specific Laguna Type S-3 details like the color-matched bumper rub strips and the body-colored rally wheels.  Icing on the cake is the 400 engine call-outs.

I think this color combo was by far the most common for the '74s.  Man, those interiors were RED!

Thanks very much Robert and yes these are very nicely detailed kits ! The bumper rub strips are simply pinstripe decals and my 1:1 did have the 400 so had to have the emblems .  I think this color combo was the only one available in the beginning of the '74 model year . Near the end they offered it "flipped" , with a dark red body and white graphics . I remember the interior having very little or no bright trim at all , it was all red !

Speechless....absolutely jaw dropping.  I myself have one  coming with in the first of the month and hope I can recreate what you have done.  The printed decals you made were the icing on the cake!

I did notice from the pictures of the 3d kit I purchased that it also had the incorrect valve covers but figure that some modification would be in order to correct. I assume that the v/covers are separate from the heads and prefer the stock Air Cleaner Assy to the kit's aftermarket rendition.

Dang it, that sure is one good looking Malibu ....

Not sure why you would need the '77 Monte interior, the one in the pictures looks good to me.  Seat patterns look correct for a '74 Laguna.

Monte Carlos had different seat patterns and upper door panels, so the Revell MC interior wouldn't be technically correct.

Exactly . Like I said earlier I have the MC kit and it doesn't look as nice as the printed parts .

Very nice. I had a 76 Laguna. It's nice to see the Collonade cars being 3D printed. There were never any kits except the Jo-Han Cutlass.

Thanks Larry !  I have a couple more of them to build .

I modified a 76 NASCAR Laguna and "streetified" it to look like a car I had. I also created resin Pontiacs and Buicks before the 3D prints  came out but now they are widespread, which is great!

Thanks much Charles !  Yes it should have the early 4 bolt valve covers . One thing is the printed engine seems to be a little too long and all my valve covers were a bit short , you can't really see it when finished . I also couldn't find a correct air cleaner , the one I used is from a '72 Chevy pickup .
