Johnielse Posted Monday at 06:45 PM Posted Monday at 06:45 PM I have a model that was molded in red. Its a light to medium tan after paint and has been sitting waiting for me to build. What would be a good interior color other then black that would look good.??? I was thinking a burgundy satin. Would like to hear some ideas before I paint it.....Thanks
StevenGuthmiller Posted Monday at 07:00 PM Posted Monday at 07:00 PM Maybe post a picture of the body. It would be easier to make a suggestion if one could see the particular shade of the exterior. Steve 1

Also, knowing what make and model and what year it is could help, unless it is going to be a custom build. 1
slusher Posted Monday at 11:45 PM Posted Monday at 11:45 PM I like to use tan, satin red burgundy and satin red, white afte a couple of Tamiya white primer, and blue. It depends on the body color..
peteski Posted Tuesday at 02:39 AM Posted Tuesday at 02:39 AM (edited) I agree with Carl that some burgundy, white or some sort of tan/brown (leather) color would go well with red car. Of course black works to (with any color). Edited Tuesday at 02:54 PM by peteski I had things reversd. Not sure why the original plastic color mattered if the final paint color is medium tan. Now I'm thinking maybe dark green or blue interior would work.
NOBLNG Posted Tuesday at 03:10 AM Posted Tuesday at 03:10 AM I think an off-white ivory color would go well with tan.
