Thanks Brian! Keep in mind that the frame, box stock, is a very nice piece. Some details are "soft" in the suspensions, but I enhanced them, and scratchbuilt a rack & pinion steering (there was none!). Should drive better that way... CT

The rear roll pan and taillight changes especially. The chassis is a great swap idea and fits perfectly. Like the stance and the rolling stock. Thanks David, much appreciated! CT

Very nicely done, and the tail treatment with the bar light and exhaust tips is super cool. Thanks DJ! That old trick somehow "updates" a rear section without too much efforts. All you need ia an old CD case for perfectly flat tranparent material, and voilà! CT 1
slusher Posted Tuesday at 06:22 PM Posted Tuesday at 06:22 PM Beautiful Impressive custom! I really like the long tail light very nice"…

May I ask what you used for the exhaust, all of the bends are so clean looking. I really want to get better at bending my exhaust pipes. Thanks Craig! This is the kit's stock system, cleaned of mold joints flash & chromed with Revell's spray chrome. I only added the tailpipes that go trough the scratchbuilt roll pan. CT
STU111 Posted Wednesday at 11:19 AM Posted Wednesday at 11:19 AM Smoooth! The rear pan and tail light mods suit the Impala perfectly.
