DonW Posted Tuesday at 11:08 AM Posted Tuesday at 11:08 AM Good to know what it is, it is a lovely thing. Chevy engine too! I got a bit sidetracked by similarity, except for some details, to the Ferrari 308 GTB: 1
Ace-Garageguy Posted Tuesday at 11:49 AM Posted Tuesday at 11:49 AM (edited) Only reason I recognized the thing is because I used to avidly follow every independent one-off built, imagining that one day I'd join the ranks of low-volume series-produced car manufacturers. One-day-at-a-time procrastination and some stupid life choices put an end to that, and it's getting a little late at this point. Still, I always thought this was a very attractive car and I'm glad it survived. Three prototypes were built, two like the car above, and a third with 'updated' styling including a little Merc C-111 influence, below. Edited Tuesday at 11:55 AM by Ace-Garageguy

To me the third car is bland and uninspiring compared to the original in the same way the MK4 VW Golf is an insipid pastiche of the MK1. The wheels are especially terrible - 5 stud wheels should have 5 spokes! 1
