Looks like this is Chassis # 2264107 of the Luigi team  (pic. from the Ultimate Car page):

No, only other kit I know of is the Otaki one. They did one in 1/24th scale, motorized as per Japanese standard back then and also one in 1/12th.

Added info: Seems LS had one in 1/20th scale too, but never saw that one in person.

There was also a 1:16 version available; believe both of these kits were also available in Entex boxing. 

Really looking forward to a modern 1:24 tooling of this car (and keep hoping Revell AG will give us the street version, hint, hint).

yes but uscp do engines and bays for many of them
