I don't hate the interior...but with the green? Eww. No. Maybe with black or solver or something. Or orange.

Xingu Posted November 8 Posted November 8 On an old muscle or collector car I would take an ugly (read that as rare) color. Blue is my favorite color and I don't think I have ever owned a blue car. I think blue looks bad on most vehicles (that I can afford). I almost always end up with some sort of maroon (dark red metallic), brown, or white vehicle. It all depends on the vehicle. Some look awesome in one color and horrible in another. What color I like or would choose, would depend on seeing it on the vehicle I want. I never thought I would own an orange vehicle, but when I saw it on a car I wanted, I thought it looked amazing. 3

My current daily is a Soul Red Mazda3. I was going to get the Deep Crystal Blue, but everyone talked me into the Soul Red, because Mazda... I like it. I / we have owned: Diamond Blue 68 Mustang. Blue Emerald 95 Altima. Atlantic Blue Pearl 2005 Legacy GT Limited sedan. Had to get this one 150 miles away because the dumb dealers here assumed that if you wanted a manual transmission, you also wanted the really ugly spoiler. Performance Blue 2015 Focus Titanium sedan with the 18" wheels + handling package. There is a woman near me that drives an absolutely stunning blue Traverse (the blue, not the Traverse) that must be Lakeshore Blue. (Pic of the Legacy attached.)
Monty Posted November 8 Author Posted November 8 ^^^^I think I mentioned this earlier, but based on what I've seen on the roads and in the parking lots around here, Mazda and Audi have some of the most outstanding reds.
Robberbaron Posted November 12 Posted November 12 Ford had some doozies in the seventies. The parents of one of my sister's friends were Ford people. When the time came to replace their full size Country Sedan wagon (which really was the infamous "metallic pea" green), they purchased a Fairmont in this lovely shade: Not really tan, not really peach. So what would you call this? We decided it was a close match to the old Crayola crayon "flesh" color. Hence, we quickly christened their new family truckster the "Fleshmont" 1
