chris coller Posted August 4, 2009 Posted August 4, 2009 Very nice and clean. The detail is top notch, especially the GM badges on the seat belt buckles. Very nice indeed!

Dragline Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 (edited) This is a very nice looking build. You do things that I like to do, like subtle wear and grease marks. All in all a VERY nice looking build of one of my favorite cars ever. I'll race you in my 1970 Go Mango Super Bee when we are both done....... Oh wait, not fair. It has a Hemi...lol Don't forget a dipstick! Bob Frias Edited August 5, 2009 by Dragline

sak Posted August 9, 2009 Posted August 9, 2009 Looks awesome so far. What gauge is that fuel line wire, and where did you get it?
20PSI Posted August 11, 2009 Posted August 11, 2009 Looks awesome! Nice details! I really like the dirt on the engine and the dash is just crazy.
Pat Cardz Posted August 12, 2009 Author Posted August 12, 2009 Looks awesome so far. What gauge is that fuel line wire, and where did you get it? Thanks guys! Sak, the fuel line is around 25 gauge I think, its actually a strand from picture hanging wire. Go to your local dollar store and pick some up. Its actually several wires wound together, so it should last you a long time.
Pat Cardz Posted August 20, 2009 Author Posted August 20, 2009 headliner made from the inner material from a wallet, some engine bay accessories detailed.
Pat Cardz Posted August 22, 2009 Author Posted August 22, 2009 So this is where this model sits now, the body and chassis are now one. When I put the chassis into the body all the BMF around the wheels wells lifted off and wouldn't stick anymore. So I removed all of the BMF around the wheel wells and will order a new sheet of regular chrome, I will never use ultra bright chrome again. AAAARRRRGGGGHHHHH Any way here is a picture of everything installed in the engine bay, well not everything, there are still a few wires to add yet. Oh, I just noticed my brake booster clip got bent out of shape, will have to fix that.
Dragline Posted August 22, 2009 Posted August 22, 2009 I have to say Pat, the realism is sublime. I like your building style very much. The subject matter don't hurt none neither..... Bob F
Kyle Posted August 22, 2009 Posted August 22, 2009 Cool build Pat. You sure did your research on that engine bay. I can't wait to see the completed build.
