Nice looking gas station, Ed. Makes me a little sad, though. When I was kid my home town had five gas stations. A couple of them looked a lot like your model. Now they and others around here are all long gone, replaced by look-alike convenience stores. Kinda sad. Guess I'm gettin' old!

Sam , thats exactly why I'm doing many of these stations ! Too much of what made America has gone GENERIC !

Remember the Triangle Filling station ? Well that was a prototype for Pure Oil in Chicago . It was also a unique way to get gasoline stations iinto residential ares that would't allow the other non conforming stations to be built as well .......... Ed Shaver

Looking good Ed! Don`t ya just love detailing oil cans. I had to detail 52 of the little buggers.

If I had to do all those oil cans and other stuff, I....I dunno, I'd go even more insane than I already am.

I'd probably just find a way to do it by decal or something.

This whole project is coming along quite admirably.

The gas station is looking good!

Now I'm going to have to work over time on my store just to catch up with you! The good news is it shouldn't be too long before I can actually sit at the work bench again to work on it.
