I finally finished it. Sorry for the bad pics will get better ones outside whenever it quits raining. it's painted like an owner/operator would customize theirs. I got the idea from several old 70's issues of log trucker magazine.

Wow, that is something else. Any intention of throwing some logs on there? What a great model to have on your shelf.

Stunning!!!!!!!!!! :) Words fail me! I cannot imagine the amount of time and effort that went into that model! Congratulations on a job extremely well done. :angry:

I keep coming back to look at the pictures.. that truck is amazing! :blink::o:blink: I worked in the forest industry for almost 30 years and I saw my share of logging trucks and this is really a very accurate depiction of one. I am really curious though - how long did it take you to build it from the start to where you can say that it is finished? It had to be hundreds of hours. Again, your workmanship is incredible! B)

This is a great looking truck. The scratch building is superb and shows increadible skills. Did I read in you other post that your dad built the loading equipment? Very interesting model truck!!
