Danno Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Then, he saw John Teresi's Cosma Ray Vette and broke his no-emoticon policy... FIVE TIMES!!!! But, I suppose he's earned it! (Emoticon indicating "Maybe so, but I got away with it!" here.)
Kaleb Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 I already have the boxart for the Rampside! You know I seen a 1:1 of this the other day, never knew what it was called.
Eshaver Posted August 13, 2011 Posted August 13, 2011 Well put, Roger! Cranky, heck, I'll buy one as they were at least unique in their engineering . Then too, I think one would look stunning within one of my service station dioramas . Then too, I always wanted a Corvair van too........... Ed Shaver
Dr. Cranky Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 Sure thing, Ed. I think one WOULD look fabulous on one of your service stations, and then you'd have to share the eye candy with us, of course.
Eshaver Posted August 15, 2011 Posted August 15, 2011 Cranky, I'd be happy too. Maybe there will be a show in the Orlando area next year as my brother is an I T guy for Disney . I can visit the Monorail and do a show too............ Ed Shaver
Longbox55 Posted August 16, 2011 Posted August 16, 2011 If they do a Corvair 95, maybe someone will build this!
Art Anderson Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Just kidding! Seriously though, I just unpacked a Priority Mail package--PRODUCTION KIT OF THE MOEBIUS '53 HUDSON HORNET. Without any further ado, pics of the kit: More to follow!
Art Anderson Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Finally, the instruction sheet! Now, this is the way an instruction sheet should look, IMHO! And, just in case you need to know the factory correct colors--the last two pages of the instruction sheet give you all the info you need! Now, to get this puppy built! Art
Gregg Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Thanks, Art. Hopefully this will be a great seller, and a boost to our hobby.
Rob Hall Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Looks very well packaged....that instruction sheet looks great.
Guest Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 I guess you missed the topic of the already built Hudsons. Try looking here: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=47477
Art Anderson Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 I guess you missed the topic of the already built Hudsons. Try looking here: http://www.modelcars...showtopic=47477 Nope, I knew about it already. Art
Harry P. Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 The more Hudson builds posted here, the merrier! Go to it, Art!
Danno Posted August 31, 2011 Posted August 31, 2011 Holy Hudson, Batman!! Move the Batmobile kit over, the Fabulous Hornet is almost here!
Eshaver Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Collectable Automobile has done an excellent piece on Hudson Automobiles this go - round . A 1951 Hudson Convertible is the cover car . Ed Gives it ' four hubcaps ................ !!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D Ed Shaver
Dragline Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 I'ma get me one. If my Dad sees it, I'll be getting two, perhaps three. Bob
Darin Bastedo Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 I got mine today too. I said in the earlier threads about the Hudson that I would reserve my opinion until I had the kit in my hot little hads, but now that I do all I can say is Wow! Homerun. This is a great kit, especially for their first automotive subject. AMT and Revell watch out, the rookie is really knocking it out of the park!
Harry P. Posted September 1, 2011 Posted September 1, 2011 Let the show begin! Have you seen Bill Coulter and Len Carsner's buildup on this kit in the Workbench section??? The show has already begun, played through, and finished!
