Matt T. Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Here's my only T. It's the Revell "Rat Rod T Bucket" (aka Roth's Tweedy Pie). I channeled the body, modified the hood from an AMT '27 Touring, and added T-Bolt Radir mags in the kit whitewalls. Fun build!
MonoPed Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 This is the first hotrod I built after getting back in the hobby...built in'98, I think. Engine from the Monogram '40 pickup, Pie Wagon headers, parts box wheels and tires out back. Slisked the firewalland blended it into the cowl. Not my best build, but I still dig it
Chromecop Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 OK, so I have a few T's to show even thou one of'em has an old Opel grille-shell....
Harry P. Posted January 29, 2007 Posted January 29, 2007 Here are 2 of mine...both are the reissued Big T. And a "low budget" version...
Tom Kren Posted January 30, 2007 Posted January 30, 2007 Here's my only T. It's the Revell "Rat Rod T Bucket" (aka Roth's Tweedy Pie). I channeled the body, modified the hood from an AMT '27 Touring, and added T-Bolt Radir mags in the kit whitewalls. Fun build! [/quote Matt i love that little t from the first time i saw it great job!
VW Dave Posted January 30, 2007 Posted January 30, 2007 Here's my only bucket....although I prefer to call it my 'V Bucket.' I shortened the frame about 6" in scale, ahead of the firewall; it came out of the box broken anyway. Here's an idea how short it really is: A Tamiya '66 Beetle gave up the basic motor, and about 6 other kits donated goodies to it as well.
TSK Posted January 30, 2007 Posted January 30, 2007 Replica in Minatures of Maryland body AMT 25 T frame and engine Modelhaus spider rims and MCW slicks.
TimKustom Posted March 29, 2007 Posted March 29, 2007 There are some jewels in here! Can I play? Big Drag with parts from the Big Rod. Y'all might have seen 'em before... Lotsa Testor's candy green and some chrome from the reissue other replating done by Little Motor Kar Co. ] And Pre-paint/chrome
