I don't know about the actual German Shepherds, but if you have a Photobucket account, you can upload their pictures...

Mr O,

What year Vette is that, and where did you get the steelies and dog dishes for it, and did the ragtop come in the kit?

Just wanted to get this out of my system. You guys are showing Wallpapers and not screen savers. Screen savers move to stop burn in on monitors. These are background Wallpapers you are all showing.

Nice ones at that, but there is a difference.

Ian, the 'Vette is a Monogram '57 in 1/24. Quite a few mods were done to make the model as accurate as I could as the original was lacking in some proportions. The poverty caps are from Modelhaus, and the steelies came from my parts box.

The ragtop was a modified MPC one but since it was 1/25, I had to do some "stretching and reshaping" to get it to fit the 1/24 body.

If you click here, there's quite a few build pics from 2001-02 when I built this.

Good lookin car mark.

Thanks, Cody!

Here's another favorite wallpaper of mine - this diorama is probably the best I've ever seen. Just amazing detail and realism. I wish I knew whose it is - anyone here know?

If you spend enough time looking at it, you might start to question whether it's even a model or the real thing. Such great building and also photography skills.

Hey Mark,

That is also one of my favorite Dios. I have seen it in person and was blown away. It was featured in some Model cars magazine coverage. I wish I could remember the name of the builder. It is an incredible piece, loaded with detail. The welding tip has a fiber optic tip. I think the first name of the builder was Al. (Not for sure.)
