Starliner Kustoms Posted December 15, 2010 Share Posted December 15, 2010 Finally finished this up. I nosed and decked the body then channeled it about 4 scale inches to get it down a bit. Had to make new glass as the kit glass was to thick and a pain to work with. I painted it with the Testors one coat purple and Tamiya white pearl. As for the interior about the only thing custom is the steering wheel which I robbed from the parts bin. Exhaust tips were made from aluminum tubing and the club plaque is hung with chain from the rear bumper. Thats about it. thanks for looking. Happy modeling. All little modifications are made very nicely, and those wheels and tires are just perfect choice to this one. I have AMT's '51 Chevy Bel Air Convertible. I'm building it to mild custom.
