Well I finally got it done. I made some mistakes on this one that I am aware of and I'm sure some I'm not.

Please feel free to critique this build as I want to learn and get better.

ALL that Black is just SCREAMIN for some BMF! Foil that rascal and she will be good ta go!!! Nice clean job. I really didn't see any mistakes.

Some BMF will definitely help this puppy if you want. But looks good. That little gadget with the magnifying glass ? Did you use to tie your own flies for fishin? Thats what I use anyway. Nice.

Don't sweat the details Don, just keep working on them and you will improve with each one. Give the bare metal foil a try on the next one, you will be amazed at the difference it makes.

Choosing black to paint a car shows some confidence in your abilities, keep at it!

Nice build. Get a hold of some Tamiya Smoke, It's like a translucent black and brush some on the grille,use a cotton swab and dab at it until you like the depth.

I like it a lot. The interior looks good in those colors. The wheels look great on that car. Only criticisms I would say would be BMF, blackwash the grille and install the headlight lenses. I'm still learning from each build after 30+ years. Keep it up.

The black looks good on that. I agree a wash on the grille would improve the look overall substantially, but you've done a great job overall.

Try the BMF stuff, Donald. Worse case is that you just peel it off. Your bubbletop looks good in black.

Donald, be sure to use white glue for the lenses so they dont get cloudy from the other glue.
