Finally finished this one.

Scale Finishes paint, Modelhaus Steelie wheels and red line tires. Caps are from Mark Nellis which I chromed with the "Ginsu powder stuff".

I dirtied up the chassis to make t look like a typical driver...shiny paint and a realistically not so perfect undercarriage.

Wow, that is one nice looking build.

Love the paint job and vinyl roof.

Engine detail is great, but if memory serves me correct, the positive battery cable goes to a relay then to the starter.

I could be wrong, that was a long time ago.

Way nice Mopar, Jeff! I like the weathered chassis... that is how they are up here!

But... no opening doors & trunk? ;):D

This has a couple coats of Testors Wet Look clear, then polished smooth with Micro Mesh. The Scale Finishes stuff needs a clear coat to shine.

Excellent, steelies look the goods. I've had one of these in the stash for some time, awaiting this same paintjob and a Mod Top. One day....

Jeff you really captured "the look" on this one! Something about those steelies gives it a rather sinister look! ;)

I've got this one too and haven't looked at it in years................now I've got some ideas.....................:)

Wow, clean Dart, very clean! I like the engine detailing, specially that carburetor looks great! Also paintjob looks very good and it's so clean build, there are no mistakes and everything is very nicely done. Chassis looks very good too, thank you for sharing!
