TheCat
Thank you everyone!!! It was a fun project. I was not sure how well the silver and pearl white would of come out. But I must say, it did work great and from the many complements that I received, it was a very good choice. THANK YOU!!
horsepower
Here's the finished project. Model Kit: Revell Kit #4295 Scale: 1:25 Here's the link to the process of building the Silver Streak: Work in Process Model Box Great job,,,,but the X-member in the frame was only used on the drop tops, or the Pontiac chassis. horsepower
I really like your showroom views, looks like something from GM's futuristic ads.

Chris C
Excellent job, very tidy. I've always found silver a problem colour to paint, guess you didn't by the looks of things!
Darbo
Man that thing is sweet! Did you have any trouble with fit issues as i have the same '55 kit on the go and it is giving me a headache.

jeff ewaskey
Wow its like a trip back in time. Only things missing are a tray from the drive-in soda shop hangin on the door and a girl in a poodle skirt leaning on it. Excellent build and a truly beautiful model. Awesome job. Sixties Sam
Great build! The silver and white gives it a whole different character than the pastels of the 1950's, or the bright hot rod colors. More elegant, maybe. Very nicely done! Ryan S.
Yup, that came out very nice. Great color combo.
Rob D
Incredible!! That is one bang up job - I don't see how you guys get that chrome so sharp. I'm gonna have to break down and experiment with that foil. Paint just doesn't compare to what I've seen on here.
Terry Sumner
VERY well executed!
