Well, it's a quiet Friday night so while the putty is drying on my '55 Ford's chassis. I figured I'd shoot an amateur video of the '57 'Vette's working stuff.

I'm not the world's best videographer  but I figured I'd give it a try. Like the '58 Impala's video, there's no sound, but the clip runs about 2 minutes long.

Check it out here.........

Interestingly the lighting is a bit darker than what showed up on my end when I uploaded it..........but things can be seen.

Enjoy! 8)

P.S. Ismael!! Let me know what you think.........I know you're a real fan of this car!

Bill, that is simply awesome. I've always admired your work, however, I didn't know that it entailed this much engineering. WOW!

Words are not enough to describe that build. All I could do was sit back and stare. You must have the patience of a saint . Awsome.

Bill,

Now that I have my breath back... WOW!

As much as I've read about it, and seeing pictures of it, NOTHING compares to see all those features working. My favorite part is the correct angle / movement the windows roll up and down.

Truly amazing.

Thanks,

I gotta bump this one too. This is good stuff. I've seen this car and the Impala in person and they are still amazing every time I see them! I didn't realize the Vette had so many working features. Wow. We all are very fortunate to have this kind of work to strive for. Thanks for sharing with us, Bill!

Bill,

It really conveys the engineering that went into replicating the motion of the windows, cowl vent, suspension of these vehicles. It really shows how far the envelope can be pushed in miniature. I couldn't hope to duplicate something like this, and it is really inspiring and amazing to see what a truly brilliant talent can accomplish.

Thanks for sharing and inspiring. You have a rare gift and great patience and perserverance.

OK, I was getting all excited about continuing a project long dormant on my table and then I see this. I am now depressed! Just kidding, simply amazing what you did there. The GF just went "oh wow" when she saw the video. Me too.
