Volvo P 1800

Would anyone other than me like to have a kit of this car? I think the body styling would lend itself well to customizing.

Air-Trax makes a 71-73 P1800ES resin kit. It does still need a donor kit. Here's a link to a previous thread about Air-Trax.

I also wish they did the wagon!

I would prefer to stick with styrene myself, but that is a nice looking transkit.

I have Tapani's P1800, and while it will need some cleanup----it's quite nice and there's no pinholes that I see to deal with. I once owned a '65, and I'd like to replicate that car. His builds up into a '61-'62...........wouldn't take much work to turn into a '65.

Tapani does make an 1800ES (the Sportwagon) from pictures I've seen of it it looks just like the 1:1! I believe the master was done by Juha Airio, so you know it'll be correct.

Count me in on any version of the 1800.

The resin Volvos nearly $150. That just too much.

I would like a '62, best looking grill and integrated chrome. I also had one as my first race car. No wagons. $100+ is too much.
