slantasaurus Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Did we really need this ??? http://www.autoblog.com/2011/09/09/hpp-richard-petty-superbird-quick-spin-review/
Guest Johnny Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Why not! It looks a lot better than the New Generation Camaro does!
Lunajammer Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Meh. I'm always in favor of design drama. But a Challenger? Are you sure those are the right wheels? Now, If they gave that treatment to a knocked down, two door Charger... that would be an enticing accomplishment.
Junkman Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Wasn't it just a matter of time? I expected it to be Dodge Daytona, but oh well...
58 Impala Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 Pretty cool looking for the most part. I'd change a few things like the wheels and the exhaust.
oldscool Posted September 12, 2011 Posted September 12, 2011 (edited) Why not! It looks a lot better than the New Generation Camaro does! This just my personal opinion, but I call the new Camaro the 21st century Edsel. Butt fugly! That Superbird doesn't look as good as the original but it's not bad. gus Edited September 12, 2011 by oldscool
Lunajammer Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011 Camaro fugly? I fart in your general direction (insert python-esque emoticon here). Challenger's got it at the back end and tail lights, but Camaro's sexier (and I'm not even a brand loyalist).
XJ6 Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011 Need it?...Want it?....Take it?.....Yes!!! Keep it?.... Drive it?... Yes!!! Eighty Thousand Dollars......NO!!!!
MoparManiac318 Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011 I was wondering when the mighty MOPAR winged-warriors would return to dominate the streets once more lol
Draggon Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011 There seems to be something lost in translation. Close, but not close enough.

That Superbird doesn't look as good as the original but it's not bad. gus From original "New" Camaro design to the final design they lost their way and screwed up what was a great redesign of a great car! I agree on the Superbird. But it does capture just enough to make it appealing to the eye. The smile on the nose hurts it althongh not a cartoonish look like the Camaro grill. Camaro fugly? I fart in your general direction (insert python-esque emoticon here). Challenger's got it at the back end and tail lights, but Camaro's sexier (and I'm not even a brand loyalist). The Camaro looks like a cartoon car with a big smile, period! When the changed the nose and the rear taillight panel from the original design (what was at the car show) they killed it for many who were looking for the original prototype design! iBorg Posted September 14, 2011 Posted September 14, 2011 I'm not feeling well. Came close to upchucking on my keyboard. Dear me, its as bad as most of the Trans Am Camaros. Overweight with wheels that are oversized but still don't fill out the wheel well.
Lunajammer Posted September 14, 2011 Posted September 14, 2011 Your mother is a hamster and your father smells of elderberries :P gus Scouts honor, I LOL! Thanks Gus I think I needed that today, it's going in my arsenal. Does anybody think it's not an accident that the rims look like Hotwheels?
